FAQ
About Our Jewellery
Where is the jewellery made?
All of our jewellery is handmade in our own atelier in Ranst, Belgium. Each piece is crafted with care by skilled artisans, ensuring exceptional quality, attention to detail, and a personal touch you won’t find in mass-produced jewellery.
What types of gold do you work with?
We work exclusively with 18k gold—yellow, white, and rose. This alloy offers the perfect balance between purity and durability, ideal for long-lasting, fine jewellery.
Diamonds & Gemstones
What kind of diamonds do you use?
We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are physically and chemically identical to natural ones but have a lower environmental impact. Natural diamonds are valued for their rarity and long-term investment potential.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes. All our diamonds and gemstones are sourced through trusted suppliers who adhere to ethical and responsible sourcing practices. Lab-grown diamond options are also available for a more sustainable choice.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. White diamonds of 0.50 ct and above are certified by GIA, IGI, HRD, or similar institutes. Certification for smaller diamonds is available upon request for an additional fee.
What is the difference between natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Natural and lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically, and visually identical but differ in origin and value:
- Formed over billions of years deep within the Earth. Rare and often more valuable.
- Created in a laboratory using HPHT or CVD methods. More affordable (typically 20–40% less) and environmentally friendly.
Both types are certifiable and suitable for fine jewellery. The choice depends on your values, preferences, and budget.
Custom Jewellery
Can I create my own custom jewellery design?
Yes! We specialize in fully custom 18k gold jewellery. Work with our design team to bring your vision to life, from initial sketches and material selection to the final piece. Ideal for engagement rings, heirloom redesigns, or unique gifts.
How long does the custom jewellery process take?
On average, custom pieces take 6–10 weeks from design approval to delivery. If you have a specific deadline (e.g., proposal, special event), please let us know early in the process.
Sizing & Fit
How can I determine the correct jewellery size?
- Use a ring sizer (available upon request) or measure an existing ring. Hand size can vary, so when in doubt, choose a slightly larger size.
- Measure your wrist and add 1–2 cm for comfort.
- Most are one-size-fits-all. Check hoop diameters if relevant.
- Use a flexible measuring tape. Standard length is 45 cm.
What if I ordered the wrong ring size?
Most rings can be resized by up to three sizes. We offer one free resizing for gifts (like engagement rings) within Belgium and the Netherlands. Additional resizings incur a fee.

Are your prices inclusive of taxes and insurance?

- within Belgium and the Netherlands.
- For other countries, shipping fees are available upon request.
- All shipments are fully insured.
