Eligibility for Returns
For non-customized, non-personalized items, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@demsky-jewellery.com with your order details. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
- Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item following the steps above and place a new separate order once your return is approved.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union and relates to non-customized goods, you also have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten business days, and in any case no later than fourteen days after we receive the returned goods.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
